Well Pirate Fest 2013 is now HISTORY!!!!! The tons of positive comments and praises is very rewarding! People LOVED it!!!
We loved bringing it to you! While we are all a little "brain dead" right now, I invite you to check back here often. There are so many people to thank and recognize I do not want to attempt it on such little sleep!!
The big thing to remember is that Pirate Fest is a living breathing event!! The Pirate, Faerie and Steampunk characters you meet will continue to act and interact
even though we won't be there is observe them. So check back here often to keep tabs on what happens so next year you can once again live amongst the Pirates and maybe...just maybe help them break the curse and return to the sea!!! Right now I'd like to return to bed!!!! It has been an exhausting, but very rewarding experience! Check here and the Facebook page as there were literally THOUSANDS of pictures taken. Pirate Fest 2014...the Legend continues........
Well the FUN begins!!! All the last minute details are falling into place!! This is promising to be a fantastic weekend!! Dust off your Pirate Garb, strap on your Faerie wings, unfog your Steampunk googles....PIRTAE
Pirate Fest Billboard is up at US 95 near the I-15 interchange!! Probably 60,000 + cars a day go by there!!! Cool Billboard Eh???
The Pirates are Invading!!!!!
Well an aspect of Pirate Fest that we were really planning to have starting year two is making an appearance year ONE!!! Author's Row!! Our own Pink Pirate is an avid reader and especially likes the Pirate books!! She started making inquiries to see about creating an Author's Row to highlight and celebrate books and authors who inspired her. She was hoping that maybe some of these authors would come out to meet their fans, meet new fans, sell and sign their books, and as the saying goes; If you build it, they will come.
Details are still in the works with several authors but you will get to meet:
Kerry Lynne author of The Pirate Captain and
Maxwell Alexander author of many graphic novels.
Hurricane Robb Zerr author of Memoirs of a Buccaneer
K.P. Hayden author of Darksail sent us books since he is unable to attend but wishes to share with you his tale. (You will find this book in our merchandise booth. See you next year K.P.!)
With more authors starting to join the Authors Row this is going to be a great book launch. So to read some of her reviews click on the tab to the left that reads Pink's Book Locker. Then come meet what could become your new favorite authors at Author's Row inside Pirate Fest Las Vegas.
Local Pirate Cpt. JW Shinbones has a Pirate YouTube Channel. In the latest episode, they make a "Special Announcement" about Pirate Fest. They try and compare Pirates to Las Vegas!!!

James Mulligan, Disney and Warner Bros licensed artist who is a featured artist locally at the Chuck Jones Experience is to perform for Pirate Fest.
Details are being developed but James will be at Pirate Fest and possible present a special performance art piece on Fremont Street that has to be seen to be believed!!!
