The Vendor Board meets in December and responds after completing its review and vote. To ensure vendor variety, similar products are limited, and priority is given based on the order completed inquiries are received.

Applications to be a vendor at PirateFestLV are by invite only. Our vendor board meets monthly (Dec-Jan) to consider adding a select few unique and on-brand vendors.  PirateFestLV is a Pirate and Fantasy renaissance style family friendly festival.  This event does not permit any religious or spiritual services, political booths, or adult-themed products. If you are approved you will receive an email with sign up information.

We are not accepting any NEW vendors of the following vendor types:

Tumbler Cups
