Greetings Vendors! First an apology. We have been EXTREMELY busy with our fall event, the Asylum & Hotel Fear Haunted Houses! Right in the middle of everything we lost our storage location so we have been searching for space! (Pirate Fest stuff stores there too!!)
We just locked in a new space but now have to tear down and move locations!!
NEW APPLICATIONS are being worked on. All returning vendors just send us an email to show your intention and we'll send you a new app soon!! Looking forward to Pirate Fest 2019!!
If you have a very unique product line you can still contact our Vendor Coordinator for possible consideration for next year's event. Please include a detail account of your products with pictures if possible.
For consideration, please email our Vendor Coordinator, Melinda Mitchell. Include your name, company name, email, contact phone number and a brief description of your products/services.

Temporary Food Vendor Application
Every Food Vendor must obtain this permit prior to the event. Health Official will inspect Friday morning before opening.

Vendor Insurance
We found another source for vendor insurance: ACT- Artists, Crafters, and Tradesman. If you qualify it is very inexpensive!! You may be able to use it for any fair or festival you attend!! Here is a direct link,:
